Garlic Balsamic Glazed Potatoes

These Garlic Balsamic Glazed Potatoes are delicious and so easy to make! They would make a wonderful side dish at your next dinner party.

Serves 6.

Total Time: 1 hour 10 mins

Ingredients:

6 cups baby potatoes

4 tbsp. butter

Rosemary, to taste

Parsley, to taste

Seasoning salt, to taste

Onion Powder, to taste

Beary Berry Honey Garlic Balsamic Honey Vinaigrette

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Cut baby potatoes in half and place in a glass baking dish.
  3. Cut butter into small pieces and distribute amongst the potatoes.
  4. Sprinkle with rosemary, parsley, seasoning salt, and onion powder.
  5. Pour a generous amount of Beary Berry Honey Garlic Balsamic Honey Vinaigrette over potatoes.
  6. Bake in oven for at least 1 hour or until potatoes are soft, stirring halfway through.
  7. Enjoy!

Chipotle Honey-Glazed Drumsticks

These Chipotle Honey-Glazed Drumsticks are easy to make and they’re the perfect dish to impress your dinner guests!

Serves 6.

Total Time: 1 hour 40 mins

Ingredients:

12 Chicken drumsticks

Onion Powder, to taste

Garlic Powder, to taste

Seasoning Salt, to taste

Beary Berry Honey Chipotle Honey Glaze

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
  2. Line a roaster with aluminum foil and place a baking rack inside the pan.
  3. Add a small amount of water to the bottom of the pan. This will keep the chicken nice and tender.
  4. Season the drumsticks with onion powder, garlic powder, and a bit of seasoning salt on both sides and place on baking rack in roaster. Do not cover roaster.
  5.  Bake for approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes, or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
  6. Remove from oven and brush with Beary Berry Honey Chipotle Honey Glaze.
  7. Turn oven up to 350 degrees. Return drumsticks to oven and allow to bake for another 10 minutes or until the sauce has thickened and turned sticky.
  8. Serve with our Garlic Balsamic Glazed Potatoes and a side of fresh veggies.
  9. Enjoy!

 

 

Zucchini Muffins

These muffins not only taste great but also make a delicious and healthy snack! Make them ahead of time for those on-the-go mornings or serve them as a yummy coffee break dessert.

Prep Time: 10 mins

Cook Time: 20 mins

Total Time: 30 mins

Serves: 1 dozen

INGREDIENTS:
1 2/3 cups white whole wheat flour (or all-purpose flour)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1/2 cup Beary Berry Honey Vanilla Bean Honey
1/2 cup rice milk (or regular milk)
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups grated fresh zucchini
1/3 cups old-fashioned oats, plus extra for sprinkling
Pumpkin seeds for sprinkling

DIRECTIONS:
1. Heat oven to 350°F. Prepare a 12-cup muffin pan by either greasing it with cooking spray or lining the cups with paper liners. Set aside.

2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt until combined. Set aside.

3. In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together egg, Beary Berry Honey Vanilla Bean Honey, milk, coconut oil and vanilla extract until combined. Pour this mixture into the dry ingredient mixture, and stir with a spoon until just combined. (Do not overmix.)

4. Stir in the zucchini and oats until just combined.

5. Portion the batter evenly between 12 baking cups. Then sprinkle extra oats on top of each, if desired.

6. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the muffin comes out clean. Transfer pan to a cooling rack. Serve warm.

7. Enjoy!

Honey Roasted Walnut Clusters

These honey-roasted nuts make a delicious and healthy snack or package them up and give them away as stocking stuffers!

Prep time: 5 mins

Cook time: 25 mins

Total time: 30 mins

Ingredients:

1 cup raw walnut halves

3/4 cup sliced almonds

1/4 cup flax seeds

6 tbsp. Beary Berry Honey

2 tsp. ground cinnamon

Pinch of salt (to taste)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a medium size bowl, combine honey, cinnamon, and salt. Add in walnuts, almonds, and flax seeds. Toss to combine.
  3. Spread nuts in small clusters on prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake, stirring occasionally, until toasted, about 20-25 mins.
  5. Let cool completely before serving.
  6. Enjoy!

 

Vanilla Bean Honey and Pecan Cookies

Nothing goes better together than honey and pecans. And now you can enjoy them both in this delicious cookie recipe!

Ingredients:

1 cup brown sugar

1 cup butter

2 eggs

1/3 cup Beary Berry Honey Vanilla Bean Honey

2 cups flour

2 tsp baking soda

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp salt

3 cups quick oats

3/4 cup chopped pecans

Directions:

  1. Beat butter and sugar until creamy.
  2. Add eggs and honey. Beat until fluffy.
  3. Stir in flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Add quick oats and chopped pecans.
  5. Cover dough and chill until firm, approximately 2-3 hours.
  6. Form dough into tablespoon-size balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
  7. Let cool for 10 minutes on pan before transferring to a cooling rack.
  8. Enjoy!

Honey Glazed Carrots with Nuts

Serves 6

 Ingredients:

6 cups, peeled and chopped carrots

½ cup Beary Berry Honey Ginger Honey, or to taste

½ cup chopped walnuts

½ cup chopped almonds

1 tbsp cinnamon

Salt, to taste

Directions:

  1. Place carrots in a large pot, cover with water and season with salt. Bring to a boil and cook until carrots are soft. Drain water.
  2. Add Beary Berry Honey Ginger honey and cinnamon to carrots and stir until covered. Transfer to a serving dish.
  3. Sprinkle chopped walnuts and almonds over top of carrots.
  4. Serve and enjoy!

Honey Eat More Bars

These make a delicious healthy snack when you need a protein boost or simply when you’re craving something sweet without all the extra sugar and additives.

Ingredients: 

1/2 cup smooth natural peanut butter

1 cup Beary Beary Honey

1 3/4 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 1/4 cups old-fashioned oatmeal

2 cups chopped dry roasted peanuts

Directions:

  1. Using a food processor, process old-fashioned oatmeal into small flakes.
  2. Prepare a 10 x 6 inch pan lightly with spray or butter.
  3. In a saucepan, add the peanut butter and honey and bring to a low boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
  4. Add chocolate chips into the warm mix and stir until melted and well combined.
  5. Add oatmeal and peanuts.
  6. Mix well until combined evenly.
  7. Pour into prepared pan.
  8. Chill to harden, then slice into bars. Enjoy!

Slow Cooker Pork Roast with Honey

With Thanksgiving just around the corner, this is a delicious and easy dish to serve at family dinner! Serves 6-8.

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Total Time: 6 hours 10 minutes

Ingredients:

3-4 lbs. Pork Loin Roast

2 tbsp. Dried Oregano

2 tbsp. Dried Basil

1/2 tsp. Black Pepper

3/4 tsp. Salt

2 tbsp. Minced Garlic

1/2 cup Beary Berry Honey

2 tbsp. Olive Oil

1/4 cup Soy Sauce

Directions:

  1. Place pork roast in the inner pot of slow cooker.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the dried oregano, dried basil, black pepper, salt, minced garlic, honey, and soy sauce. Mix well.
  3. Pour sauce over the pork loin roast.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  5. Remove pork loin roast from slow cooker and set the remaining liquid aside. Shred the meat.
  6. Add the remaining liquid to a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until liquid is reduced and thickened.
  7. Pour the sauce over the shredded meat and serve.

Bacon-Wrapped Baby Potatoes with Honey

This is an easy and delicious recipe that works great as an appetizer or side dish. Serves 6.

24 baby potatoes

12 slices of bacon

2 oz (57g) of your favourite Beary Berry Honey flavoured honey

sour cream (optional)

1. Preheat oven to 350 F (180 C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Cut each slice of bacon in half and wrap one half-slice around each potato, securing with a toothpick.

3. Place the potatoes on prepared baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes or until bacon is browned and potatoes are tender.

4. Remove from oven and drizzle with honey.

5. Serve with sour cream, if desired.

You must have a car, be dependable, and be comfortable talking with the public. Hours may be flexible (we can discuss) and more shifts may be available October to mid-December. You need to be able to work with minimum supervision and have excellent communication skills to maintain our already solid relationships with store managers and staff as well as help us increase our customer reach.
