The benefits of honey go far beyond its great taste.
All liquid raw honey will crystallize, therefore the best way to melt it again without ruining the natural enzymes, is to place the container in a pot of simmering water and slowly melt the honey until the crystals melt.
Excellent on toast or biscuits and in tea and hot milk. Also, try substituting for granulated sugar in all your favourite recipes.
Please note: Plastic jars are not microwave friendly.
